We ship parcels out of Wilmington, Delaware to over 200 countries and territories. Your stock sits in our warehouse; when an order comes in we pick it, pack it, put it on the cheapest carrier that still hits the delivery date, and hand it off.
Orders placed by 3 PM ET ship the same day. Shipo reaches about 48% of the US population in two days by ground. That coverage figure is Shipo’s own estimate, derived from ground transit bands out of Wilmington, DE and U.S. Census population data (341.8M, July 2025). It is not a carrier-published figure.
Domestic parcel
- Ground — the default for most DTC orders, and the cheapest way to cover the East Coast from Delaware.

- Overnight — available on request for urgent orders.
International parcel
- Express — fastest option, tracked door to door.
- Standard and economy — slower, materially cheaper, for orders where cost beats speed.

- Returns. Domestic and international come back to the same building your stock ships from.
Where the parcels come from
Parcel shipping is the last step of what we do. The inventory usually arrives here first — see fulfillment center for storage and pick and pack, B2B logistics if you are importing by container, and FBA preparation if some of it is headed to Amazon.
