How it works

Partner program terms — summary. $300 referral bounty: paid once per referred client, after that client becomes an active, qualifying account — bills ≥ $500 in a calendar month, 60 days active, and first invoice paid in full. The referred seller must be new to Shipo and not already in contact with us at the time of your introduction. Register every referral in writing — using the form on this page or by email to Support@shipousa.com — before the prospect contacts us; an introduction we only hear about afterwards does not qualify. We may decline any referral. 5% for 12 months: for 12 months from the referred client’s first paid invoice, you earn 5% of the net profit Shipo makes on that account, paid monthly in arrears. Net profit means amounts invoiced to the client for the month, less the direct costs of serving that account — freight and carrier charges, packaging and prep materials, storage, and payment-processing fees. Charges billed at cost (freight, duties, Amazon fees) generate no profit and are excluded. Shipo calculates this in good faith from its own books and issues a monthly statement. Payment: we can pay only once we hold your completed tax form — a W-9 if you are a US person, or the applicable W-8 form if you are not. Payment is made within 30 days of month end; balances under $50 roll into the following month. Earnings stop if the account goes inactive, cancels or fails to pay, and do not resume if that client later returns. General: one partner per referred client — the first introduction on record. This program does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and does not authorize you to quote prices, make commitments or represent Shipo. Shipo may change or end the program on 30 days’ notice; any 12-month earn-out already running is honored for its remaining term.
