The fees that aren’t on the rate card
Every 3PL has them somewhere. We will point at the lines on your invoice that our rate card does not have an equivalent for — and at the ones where you are paying less than we would charge.
Where we are not the right answer
If your volume is far below the profile this building is built for, or your shipping is overwhelmingly West Coast, the comparison will say that plainly. A 3PL that tells you to stay put is worth more than one that doesn’t.
What switching actually involves
No long-term contract and no minimum commitment term. New accounts run on a $395 monthly minimum — a floor, not an added fee: you are billed the greater of your actual monthly fulfillment charges or $395. Postage is separate.
