Shipo LLC (trading as Shipo USA) is a third-party logistics and order-fulfillment company operating a single 55,000 sq ft FDA-registered warehouse at 310 Cornell Dr, Suite B4, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, USA. Listed in the Amazon Service Provider Network under "FBA Prep & Packaging" (a directory listing, not an Amazon endorsement or partnership). Contact: Support@shipousa.com - 302-400-1698 - Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 ET. ## Amazon FBA Preparation Source: https://shipousa.com/fba-preparation/ Amazon FBA Prep Center in Delaware Shipo is an Amazon FBA prep center in Wilmington, Delaware, listed in the Amazon Service Provider Network. Send your inventory to one warehouse. We receive it, inspect it, label it, bundle it, bag it, and forward it into Amazon to spec — so your shipments don’t get rejected, delayed, or charged Amazon’s prep fees at the fulfillment center. What an FBA prep center does Amazon surcharges or refuses shipments that arrive wrong — missing FNSKU labels, unbagged units, poly bags without suffocation warnings, bundles that aren’t sealed, expiration dates that aren’t marked. Prep is the work of getting every unit to spec before it ships. Get it wrong and you pay Amazon’s prep fees, lose sell-through days, and put your seller metrics at risk. An Amazon prep center does that work for you, in the United States, before your stock ever reaches a fulfillment center. It also gives you something Amazon will not: a place to hold inventory that you still control. What we do to your units Inspection and QC — every unit checked for damage and compliance before prep. FNSKU labeling — printed, applied, existing barcodes covered. Poly bagging and shrink wrap — including suffocation warnings where Amazon requires them. Bubble wrap and fragile protection — for units that would not otherwise survive the FC conveyor. Bundling and kitting — multi-packs assembled, sealed and labeled as a single unit. Expiration and lot labeling — required for food, beverage and supplements. Sticker and label removal — supplier barcodes and retail stickers taken off. Mixed-SKU sortation — cases that arrive mixed, sorted to SKU before prep. Rework and repack — when a supplier ships it wrong, we fix it here instead of sending it back. Custom packaging — for products that need more than standard protection. Shipment plans and forwarding — box labels, carton counts and shipment plans handled, then forwarded into the Amazon fulfillment centers. Receiving from your suppliers — domestic or overseas Most prep problems start upstream. Your supplier does not prep to Amazon standards, cartons arrive mixed, or a container lands with nobody to unload it. Send it here instead. We receive palletized freight, loose cartons, small-parcel deliveries from domestic wholesalers, and full containers — which we unload at our own dock. If you are importing from China, or selling into the US from Israel, Canada, the UK, Europe or Australia, this is your US receiving point: your goods land in Delaware, get inspected before anything moves to Amazon, and get forwarded in only once they are right. You stop shipping blind into Amazon from the other side of the world, and you stop having pallets delivered to your house. Buffer storage for restock and storage limits Amazon caps how much you can send in. If your IPI score drops or your capacity limit tightens, inventory you have already paid for has to sit somewhere — and Amazon’s own long-term storage fees are the most expensive place for it to sit. Hold it with us instead. We store your overflow in Delaware and drip-feed replenishment shipments into Amazon as your limits open up, so you buy stock when your supplier and your sales say to, not when Amazon allows it. It is the same building as your prep, so a replenishment is a forwarding job, not a whole new receiving job. Fourth quarter 2026: the dates that matter Amazon has published its inbound deadlines for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Your inventory has to arrive at an Amazon fulfillment center by: October 21, 2026 — if you use minimal shipment splits. October 28, 2026 — if you use Amazon-optimized shipment splits. Those are arrival dates, not ship dates. Working backwards through prep, forwarding and transit, your units need to be at a prep center well before then. Amazon’s peak fulfillment fee period also runs from October 15, 2026 through January 14, 2027. Amazon has not yet published a Christmas-specific inventory deadline for 2026. When it does, we will work to it. The thing that runs out in the fourth quarter is prep capacity, not warehouse space. If you are planning a Q4 push, talk to us in September, not in October. Amazon, Walmart and your own store from one inventory pool We prep for Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, and we fulfill direct-to-consumer orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce or eBay store — out of the same stock, in the same warehouse. Our system connects to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Walmart and more than 600 other marketplaces and carts. That means one inventory pool, one account manager, and one place to call. You are not splitting stock between a prep center, a 3PL and a spare room. Who we prep for Private-label Amazon brands that have outgrown prepping at home. Importers and overseas sellers who need a US receiving, inspection and forwarding point. Sellers hitting restock or storage limits who need buffer inventory outside Amazon. Multichannel brands running Amazon plus Walmart plus their own store. Wholesale and online-arbitrage sellers with consistent, recurring SKUs. Seasonal sellers who need prep capacity for the fourth quarter without hiring for it. Why sellers move their prep here An Amazon Service Provider Network member. Shipo is listed in Amazon’s own directory of service providers, under FBA Prep & Packaging. Your stock lands once. Receiving, inspection, prep, storage and outbound all happen on the same Delaware floor — no handoffs between vendors. A real account manager. One person who knows your SKUs and answers the phone. No ticket queue. FBA prep runs on a monthly minimum, and we give you that number with your quote. Per-unit pricing that drops as volume rises. You get the full rate card with your quote — prep, add-ons, receiving, storage and forwarding, all itemized. FDA-registered facility. Food, beverage and supplement sellers can prep here. 0% sales tax state. Delaware does not tax inventory sitting on our floor. Work received by 3 PM moves the same business day. FBA prep questions we get asked How much does FBA prep cost? Prep is priced per unit and the per-unit price drops as your monthly volume rises. Add-ons such as poly bagging, bubble wrap and bundling are priced separately per unit, and storage is priced per pallet or per bin per month. There is no setup fee and there is a monthly minimum. Tell us your monthly unit volume and what prep each unit needs, and we send back the full itemized rate card with your quote. Do you prep for Walmart WFS as well as Amazon? Yes. We prep for Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, and we can fulfill your own store’s orders from the same inventory in the same building. Can you receive a full container directly? Yes. We unload containers at our own dock in Wilmington, sort the cartons to SKU, inspect, prep and then forward into Amazon. Can you hold inventory and send it into Amazon gradually? Yes. This is the usual fix for restock and storage limits. We hold your overflow in Delaware and release replenishment shipments into Amazon on the schedule your limits allow. Do you prep food, beverage and supplements? Yes. Our Delaware facility is registered with the FDA as a food facility, and we handle the expiration and lot labeling those categories require. I am not a US seller. Can I still use you? Yes. Overseas sellers are a large part of what we do. Your freight lands at our Delaware warehouse, we inspect and prep it, and we forward it into Amazon for you. You do not need a US address of your own. How fast is turnaround? Our cutoff is 3 PM — work received by then moves the same business day. For large inbound loads we agree the turnaround with you before the freight arrives, so you can plan your shipment window. Is there anything you will not prep? We do not handle hazardous materials, or temperature-controlled and perishable goods. Oversized and heavy units can usually be handled — send us the dimensions and weight and we will confirm before you ship anything. What do you need from me to get a quote? Three things: your monthly unit volume, your product type and dimensions, and the prep each unit needs. That is enough for us to price it. Tell us your monthly unit volume, your product type and what prep each unit needs, and we send back a per-unit price and your monthly minimum. Your inventory lives here, we pick and pack every order, and it goes out the same day — so you stop renting warehouse space and stop packing boxes yourself. What we handle for you Receiving and inventory — we take in your shipments, count them, and keep your stock levels current. Pick and pack — orders placed by 3 PM EST ship the same day. Branded packaging — your boxes, your inserts, your unboxing experience. Shipping — UPS, FedEx and USPS, domestic and international, on our carrier rates. Returns — received, inspected, and sellable units put back into stock. Why brands move their fulfillment here 0% sales tax state. Delaware does not tax inventory sitting on our floor. Shipo’s Wilmington, Delaware warehouse reaches about 48% of the US population within two-day ground shipping. Those coverage figures are Shipo’s own estimates, derived from ground transit bands out of Wilmington, DE and U.S. Census population data (341.8M, July 2025). They are not carrier-published figures. We unload it, count it, store it, and move the freight back out — to your retailers, your customers, or your other warehouses. All from one 55,000 sq ft building in Wilmington, Delaware. We sit on the I-95 corridor, close to the Port of Wilmington, in a state that charges 0% sales tax on the inventory sitting on our floor. Container unloading We meet the container, unload it by hand or by pallet, inspect what comes off and count it against your packing list. Shortages and damage get reported back to you, not discovered three weeks later. From there it goes straight into storage or straight back out on a truck. Storage and warehousing Pallet or shelf storage, short term or long term, with no lease to sign. You are billed for the space you actually use, and your counts stay current so you always know what is on hand. FTL and LTL — full truckload and less-than-truckload to any US destination. Freight consolidation — several small shipments combined into one to bring the cost down. Retail and wholesale distribution — palletized, labeled and routed the way your buyer requires. Parcel — when a B2B order has to break down into individual boxes, see worldwide parcel shipping. Why importers use us One stop between the port and your customer. Unloading, storage and outbound freight all happen in the same building — no handoffs between vendors. 0% sales tax state. Delaware does not tax inventory held in our warehouse. No lease, no minimum term. Take more space for a peak season and give it back after. FDA-registered facility. Food, beverage and supplement importers can store here. Same floor as our DTC operation. If you also sell direct, we can pick and pack out of the same stock — see fulfillment center and FBA preparation. Shipo’s Wilmington, Delaware warehouse reaches about 20% of the U.S. population overnight and about 48% within two days — so brands get fast, affordable delivery to their biggest customer base without splitting inventory across multiple warehouses. These coverage figures are Shipo’s own estimates, derived from ground transit bands out of Wilmington, DE and U.S. Census population data (341.8M, July 2025). They are not carrier-published figures. Last updated: August 2026 Why an East Coast warehouse means faster, cheaper shipping Most DTC customers on the East Coast sit within one or two shipping zones of Wilmington, Delaware. Shipping fewer zones means lower carrier costs and shorter transit times — often 1–2 day ground delivery to New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington D.C., and the wider Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. For a growing Shopify brand, that usually beats paying for expedited air or running two coasts of inventory before you’re ready. Delaware adds a cost advantage on top of location: it’s one of only five U.S. states with no sales tax, so the supplies, packaging, and inbound inventory handled at the facility aren’t taxed — savings that show up on every shipment. Who Shipo’s East Coast fulfillment is built for Shipo works best for growing DTC and ecommerce brands — typically shipping thousands of orders a month — whose customers are concentrated on the East Coast. That includes brands in health and wellness, supplements, beauty, pet, home goods, and subscription boxes selling on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. If most of your orders ship to the Northeast and you want consistent 1–2 day delivery without managing multiple warehouses, a single East Coast node is usually the simplest, lowest-cost setup. What’s included Shopify-native fulfillment: orders flow in automatically; pick, pack, and ship with real-time inventory and tracking. 1–2 day East Coast ground delivery from Wilmington, Delaware to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Branded unboxing & kitting: custom inserts, gift notes, subscription-box assembly, and bundles. DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and B2B/wholesale from one inventory pool. 0% sales-tax Delaware facility for lower inbound and operating costs. Location is one lever; packaging is another — see how to cut your shipping bill with right-sized boxes. Frequently asked questions How fast can an East Coast 3PL deliver to the Northeast? Shipo ships most Northeast and Mid-Atlantic orders from its Wilmington, Delaware warehouse in 1–2 business days by ground, because those regions fall within one or two carrier zones. Shipo’s Wilmington, Delaware warehouse reaches about 20% of the U.S. population overnight and about 48% within two days. Those coverage figures are Shipo’s own estimates, derived from ground transit bands out of Wilmington, DE and U.S. Census population data (341.8M, July 2025). They are not carrier-published figures. Do I need warehouses on both coasts for 2-day shipping? Not necessarily. If most of your customers are on the East Coast, a single East Coast warehouse can deliver to them in 1–2 days at lower cost than splitting inventory across two coasts. Brands typically add a second West Coast node only once a large share of orders ships west. Does Shipo integrate with Shopify? Yes. Shipo connects to Shopify so orders import automatically for pick, pack, and ship, with real-time inventory and tracking. Shipo also supports Amazon and Walmart for multi-channel brands. Where is Shipo located? Shipo operates from Wilmington, Delaware (310 Cornell Dr, Suite B4, 19801), positioned for fast, low-cost delivery to the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic and for tax-free storage in a no-sales-tax state. The referred seller must be new to Shipo and not already in contact with us at the time of your introduction. Register every referral in writing — using the form on this page or by email to Support@shipousa.com — the prospect contacts us; an introduction we only hear about afterwards does not qualify. We may decline any referral. 5% for 12 months: for 12 months from the referred client’s first paid invoice, you earn 5% of the net profit Shipo makes on that account, paid monthly in arrears. Net profit means amounts invoiced to the client for the month, less the direct costs of serving that account — freight and carrier charges, packaging and prep materials, storage, and payment-processing fees. Charges billed at cost (freight, duties, Amazon fees) generate no profit and are excluded. Shipo calculates this in good faith from its own books and issues a monthly statement. Payment: we can pay only once we hold your completed tax form — a W-9 if you are a US person, or the applicable W-8 form if you are not. Payment is made within 30 days of month end; balances under $50 roll into the following month. Earnings stop if the account goes inactive, cancels or fails to pay, and do not resume if that client later returns. General: one partner per referred client — the first introduction on record. This program does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and does not authorize you to quote prices, make commitments or represent Shipo. Shipo may change or end the program on 30 days’ notice; any 12-month earn-out already running is honored for its remaining term. This is a summary, not a contract — full terms are set out in the Partner Agreement, which we provide when you sign up. FDA-Registered Food Facility. Shipo LLC is registered with the U.S. FDA (Reg.
